My very first class was learning how to use knives properly. It made cutting and cooking things so much easier! I have taken many more classes from truffles, mozzarella, dumplings, deep dish pizza, Thai, Korean BBQ, Pork belly Quesadillas, Cuban, pasta and Cook Like A Boss series. My love for cooking has been ignited again! Every single class I learn something new and have amazing food!!! One of my favorite things that I have learned is mise en place and this has helped me be a better cook!! I am always excited to see what Chef is teaching!! I highly recommend taking one of her classes you’ll be hooked!!!❤️
